Registration
IEEE CTSoc International Conference on Gaming, Entertainment & Media (GEM)
July 16-18, 2025 | Kaohsiung, Taiwan
Registrations for this conference will be handled through the conference registration system.
For each paper, at least one of the authors (co-authors) must pay a FULL registration. Student registration fee cannot cover any paper.
Each one full registration can include 2 papers at most. The participant who has more than two papers accepted should pay an additional fee of TWD 7,500 (USD 250) per paper.
Any paper without registration will be withdrawn automatically.
IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference if the paper is not presented at the conference.

The registration gives access to all the technical sessions, tutorials & workshops, lunches, and coffee breaks included in the conference program, as well as Welcome Reception on July 16, 2025 and the Banquet on July 17.

Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel your registration, you may reassign your registration to another person. All cancellations and substitutions must be requested by writing to ieee-gem2025@gmail.com .
